If life is measured by how much you love, then I consider his life a life well lived, and that is the most beautiful thing to know.
My journey this year into my inner ocean has led me through some insane waters. I’ve sat in my fair share of stormy seas and this year was by far one of the most emotionally taxing and rewarding to date. This is going to be really raw and vulnerable. Why? Because I know I’m not the only one going through this and I’m not the last to go through this.

Well, after last week’s blog about what is magic, I decided why not make a series and go over the spiritual elements, what they represent, and how they can be used. I imagine not everyone who reads this is as attached to water work as I am and the best way to manifest is in balance with all of the elements.
This past year, I’ve been exploring self care and what it looks like to me. Often it conjured images of sitting in meditation, yoga poses, getting my nails done (which I don’t actually enjoy), or other stereotypical things that weren’t my version of self care. I started really thinking about if I were to take time daily to take care of myself, what would that look like?
